Return Policy

All products sold on Novra.com are supported by our Standard 1-year Warranty. We stand behind our products with a 1-year return-to-factory warranty and our support team is here to assist you. If you need technical support to get your purchase working for you, please contact our dedicated support team at support@novra.com. If they determine there’s a possible hardware problem, they will also guide you through our RMA (Return Material Authorization) process to return the item for repair or replacement. No returns will be accepted without an approved RMA number and appropriate paperwork.

Our team will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within the first 30 days after shipment contact our support team at support@novra.com and they we will arrange with you to return the product to us. Return the product free of damage and in good working order for a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is related to any of the following:

  • You received a defective product, or
  • The product does not match published specifications, or
  • You received an incorrect product or an extra product not ordered.

Only returns clearly labelled with an approved RMA number and accompanied by appropriate paperwork will be accepted.
